Tina is our Chief People Officer who drives talent development as well as leads the agency’s consumer division. She brings more than 30 years of experience in driving strategic communications that foster emotional connections with consumers and drive action. Tina has consistently been a leader in developing and executing award-winning campaigns for a wide variety of clients, including Hampton by Hilton, Bank of America, Disney on Ice, Starbucks Coffee Company, Cinch Home Services and the Miami Marlins. She creates strategic, measurable programs that leverage integrated marketing, partnerships and community relations elements to generate press and produce bottom-line business results.

She works to ensure best practices carry through to recruitment, team development and employee happiness. She believes that happy employees create happy clients, which is further evidenced by rbb’s retention records. rbb boasts an average tenure of 8+ years, both on the client side and internally with the rbb team. rbb also consistently ranks among the nation’s top communications firms and is often honored by top business organizations as a “Best Place to Work.”

Tina also ensures rbb’s team gets the professional development they desire - more than 60 hours a year, that our teams are staffed with the most exceptional talent, and that our diversity and inclusion efforts continue to raise the bar. She guest lectures and creates connections at various universities to ensure the next generation of talent.

Tina is a graduate of the University of Florida’s School of Journalism and Communications and sits on the University’s Public Relations Advisory Council. She also recently served as the professional advisor for the University’s National Champion PRSSA Bateman Competition team. Always a mentor at heart, she has also guest lectured at UF, University of Miami, Florida International University, Barry University and Florida Memorial University.
