What should you know about me?

My partners often tell me that after client service skills, persistence is what I’m best known for.

A client prospect once said, “you can talk a dog off a meat truck” right before he hired us.

So, call me the convincer.

I love meeting new people, making introductions, sharing ideas and learning about smart and innovative resources to pass on to clients and peers.

What career achievement am I most proud of?

There have been many. First, being offered an equity partnership at my last firm before I was 30 years old. Winning a Silver Anvil, the “Oscars” of the PR industry for conceiving of the “Flu-Free Guarantee” campaign for a hospitality client that suffered major business losses from the H1N1 Virus that devastated Mexico’s tourism industry. More currently, being cofounder and president of rbb named “PR Agency of the Year” four times running.

My partners and I strive for rbb to be known for giving smart counsel, doing stellar work, producing campaign results that support client’s bottom-line and having an environment that employees enjoy and clients applaud.

The Formal Introduction
Lisa is a principal and president of rbb. She specializes in creating integrated campaigns that helps client’s breakout from the pack and builds their brands.

The Real Story
The minute Lisa opens her mouth you’ll know from the accent and the speed of conversation that this former New Yorker is one of the most energetic people you’ll come across. Lisa’s bold and personable style has served her well as she has secured relationships with fascinating clients, partners and media around the world. Lisa’s PR skills are complemented by her creativity and entrepreneurialism. She successfully managed one of the largest media tours in the U.S. before coming to Florida to work at area legend Hank Meyer’s shop and quickly rose to VP. With the advent of contemporary PR, Lisa made the move to rbb where she became a partner in no time flat. After more than a decade, it’s safe to say Lisa calls rbb her home away from home and serves her role in the firm with grace and style.

The Name Dropping
Lisa is recognized for her expertise in developing creative marketing PR programs with high-profile media campaigns, partnerships and special events. She currently works with a broad array of B2B and consumer-focused companies, including hotel and real estate developers, luxury retailers, destinations, healthcare entities and national associations including American Council on Exercise, AMResorts, Cleveland Clinic, DHL Express, Homewood Suites by Hilton, Kaplan University, and Norwegian Cruise Line, among others. Over the years, she also has worked with American Montessori Society, Bvlgari, Christofle, Cunard Cruise Lines, The Ritz-Carlton Club, United Airlines, and Zumba Fitness.

Lisa believes in serving the community. She is the chair and an active board member of The Strategic Forum, a business organization comprised of senior executives from Florida’s leading corporations. She also is a member of the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International for whom she often serves as a judge of their annual awards program and the Public Relations Society of America. She served for many years on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters, and chaired its Marketing Council. In addition, Lisa is a trustee member of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce and served on the Educational Excellence School Advisory Council of Highland Oaks Elementary School.
