MIAMI, January 24, 2013 – Sandra Fine, APR, vice president of rbb Public Relations, a national marketing public relations firm that champions breakout brands, was named president of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Miami Chapter.

Ms. Fine has been a member of PRSA Miami since 2008. She was previously chair of the college relations committee, a board member at large, secretary and president-elect. Ms. Fine is also accredited in public relations (APR) by PRSA.

In addition, she was named to the PR News 2008 “15 to Watch” list, a national award given to 15 up-and-coming communications professionals under the age of 30 who demonstrate outstanding performance and a keen understanding of the profession beyond their years.

Fine is the fourth member of rbb Public Relations to lead a local PRSA Chapter.
