In her new role, Karp will lead strategic program development and management of marketing public relations and media outreach campaigns for several of rbb’s largest clients including Homewood Suites by Hilton and Language Line Services. Karp has been promoted twice in the four years she’s been with rbb and is currently the firm’s youngest vice president.
Karp was previously employed as a senior account executive at a Miami public relations firm where she was responsible for leading media relations programs for a Fortune 100 company, a national law firm and one of Florida’s largest community banks. Earlier in her career, Jeanine held positions with strategic communications firms in Washington, D.C. and Chicago.
As account executive, Griego will conduct media outreach and overall campaign support for a diverse group of rbb clients such as Florida Power & Light, Zumba Fitness, Bijoux Terner and professional employer organization AlphaStaff. Prior to joining rbb last year, Griego was an account executive at a boutique firm specializing in luxury lifestyle, entertainment and fashion public relations. Her previous experience includes work with clients in the visual and performing arts and apparel, swimwear and accessories industries as well as corporate, non-profit and private events.

Karp, a South Florida native, holds a bachelor’s degree in political communications from George Washington University in Washington, D.C., and currently resides in Plantation, Florida. Griego is a graduate of the University of New Mexico and resides in Miami Beach.
