MIAMI, September 11, 2013 – rbb Public Relations today announced that John Quinn has been named a partner of the marketing public relations firm that champions breakout brands. Quinn – who joined rbb in 2010 as an Executive Vice President – currently manages the firm’s healthcare and education practices. He is admired for his ability to develop and implement strategic programs that support clients’ communication goals to produce bottom-line results. Throughout his career with rbb, Quinn has leveraged his talent to grow rbb’s regional and national healthcare and educational client roster, working with companies such as Florida Blue, a Blue Cross and Blue Shield subsidiary, United HomeCare Services and Kaplan University, among others.
Previously, Quinn was a principal of Haber & Quinn Public Relations, a firm he co-founded and managed for more than a decade. Prior to that, he worked as an account supervisor at New York’s GCI Group, a public relations subsidiary of one of the world’s largest advertising agencies. In addition, he served as managing editor of the Nursing & Health Care journal for the National League for Nursing (NLN), and then director of PR for its Community Health Accreditation Program subsidiary.
Quinn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Pace University in White Plains, New York. He currently resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
