Employees were surveyed on 50 criteria in categories such as people and culture, communication and compensation. rbb Public Relations was recognized for its five internal groups designed to allow employees to take ownership of the firm’s culture and ensure that new employees are inducted into that culture. rbb employees said management “takes employee morale very seriously” and “constantly invests in new ways to challenge and reward us.”
