Jennifer ValdesJennifer Valdes, account director of rbb Communications, an integrated communications agency and Champion of Breakout Brands™, was tapped as president of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Miami Chapter. Additionally, rbb’s Michael Radlick, an account executive, was named secretary, and Sandra Fine, senior vice president and director of results measurements, will continue to serve as an assembly delegate for the organization.

Valdes has been a member of PRSA Miami since 2008. Previously, she served as chair of the endowment committee, treasurer and president-elect. She also received the PRSA Miami Chapter Achiever Award in 2013. Valdes is the sixth member of rbb Communications to lead a local PRSA Chapter.  With nearly 10 years of public relations experience, Valdes provides strategic counsel and media expertise for the firm’s travel and tourism-focused clients. She currently serves as a board member of Communities in Schools of Miami.

Radlick has been a member of PRSA Miami since 2014, and was previously chair of the digital communications committee, implementing the organization’s social media strategy and managing its website content. He provides media relations support for the firm’s national and regional clients in consumer and B2B sectors, including accounting and financial services, international logistics, education, and commercial real estate.

Fine joined PRSA Miami in 2008, and has filled a variety of roles including president, chair of the college relations committee, board member at large, secretary and president-elect. She is accredited in public relations (APR) by PRSA and serves as a judge for the organization’s prestigious Silver Anvil awards.  Fine has managed several award-winning client campaigns that have garnered the agency top recognition including a Silver Anvil from the Public Relations Society of America for reputation/brand management and a Gold SABRE from the Holmes Report for corporate reputation. In addition, she was named to the South Florida Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” list, a list celebrating top executives in South Florida under 40 who have made substantial contributions in their industry, companies and community, and to PR News’ 15 to Watch list. She is a United Way Young Leader and involved in Leadership Florida.
