rbb Communications, a leading national integrated communications firm and four-time ‘Agency of the Year,’ has added four new professionals to its family of brands.  Bringing expertise in healthcare marketing, media relations and creative services, Frannie Marmorstein and Hannah Bursack joins rbb Communications, and Juan Esguerra and Claudia Cardenal joins OutOfTheBlue Advertising.

Marmorstein, who specializes in health and science communications, will serve as an account director for rbb’s healthcare clients. Previously, she worked with nationally-recognized brands including St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, where she spearheaded media relations activities, led strategic efforts on the institution’s overall communications plan, and managed crisis communications and public affairs programs. 

Bursack will serve as an assistant account executive for clients in the real estate, travel and healthcare sectors. She will provide administrative support and assist with media relations and reporting efforts to showcase program results on her accounts.

Esguerra comes onboard as the creative manager and art director for OutOfTheBlue Advertising where he will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing solutions for a variety of hospitality and healthcare accounts. Prior to joining rbb, Esguerra worked at an advertising and branding agency in Colombia, where he developed innovative creative strategies for high-profile brands such as Coca-Cola and Mercedes-Benz.

Cardenal joins as a senior account executive for OutOfTheBlue Advertising, serving the firm’s consumer and healthcare clients. Cardenal brings expertise in integrated communications for the retail, automotive, pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
