rbb Communications, a leading national integrated communications firm and the champion of Breakout BrandsTM, announced the promotion of Alyssa Nieves and addition of Kelly Trowbridge and Michael Radlick to support the agency’s creative and account services divisions.

Nieves will assume the role of account executive, having been an assistant account executive at rbb since June 2015. Trowbridge joins the agency as a creative coordinator, and Radlick will serve as an assistant account executive.

“We are dedicated to building a dynamic team of integrated communications professionals to continually meet the growing needs of our clients,” says Lisa Ross, president of rbb Communications. “In addition to welcoming Kelly and Michael to the rbb team, Alyssa’s promotion was well-deserved as she has delivered exemplary results and demonstrated her commitment to our clients and organization.”

Nieves drives media relations efforts to achieve measurable results for rbb’s national and regional clients in the consumer, B2B and healthcare sectors. In her new role, she will develop and maintain relationships with a broad base of media contacts and influencers to secure meaningful coverage to her clients, and provide creative, strategic insight that aligns with rbb’s Breakout Brand TM strategy.

Trowbridge’s creative skills and brand development abilities will be utilized to help design and develop visual solutions for the agency and its clients in both print and digital media. Previously, she worked for an international marketing agency, ideating for top brands in the food and beverage, technology, beauty and entertainment industries. Trowbridge created fully integrated campaigns from out-of-home to digital content creation to product development.

Radlick will provide media relations and administrative support for several of rbb’s national and regional clients in the consumer and B2B industries. He also will spearhead all monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting for his accounts by gathering, analyzing, and presenting results in comprehensive reports. Prior to joining rbb, Radlick worked as a content creator at a digital PR firm specializing in media relations and content management for HR-tech companies. In addition, he served as a junior account executive at a Miami-based PR firm, where he provided media relations expertise and account administration for consumer and hospitality clients at the national and international levels.
