Job Opportunities

South Florida-based, nationally ranked and Best Place to Work marketing PR firm rbb Communications seeks high-energy, digital-savvy professional with four to five years of experience to join its growing team. Proven day-to-day project management for established clients and strong digital/social marketing skills are required. We want a digital ninja to develop, implement, track and optimize marketing campaigns across all channels for rbb and its clients.

You must have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Our new digital strategist will work across our PR and marketing teams, as well as with programmers, creative, SEO/SEM teams and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

Required Skills

  • Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Implement conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Minimum Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing (social, display, email, mobile, etc.)
  • Experience in digital media buying and planning across social media channels and display networks
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Job Requirements:

  • Fast creative writer across multiple platforms
  • Extensive experience with a variety of media formats: print ads, television, radio, digital ad banners, search engine optimization (SEO) web content, blog posts, video scripts and direct mail
  • Experience with integrated copy (repurpose other marketing material formats to digital content)
  • Help drive the creation of original concepts that result in effective and compelling communication
  • Understand language styles that appeal to various target demos/markets
  • Develop and maintain clear and consistent brand voice
  • Familiarity with commonly used style guides
  • Interpret client needs
  • Translate client objectives and creative briefs into compelling concepts, headlines and copy
  • Brainstorming visual and copy ideas with other members of the creative team
