South Florida-based, nationally ranked and Best Place to Work marketing PR firm rbb Communications seeks high-energy, digital-savvy professional with four to five years of experience to join its growing team. Proven day-to-day project management for established clients and strong digital/social marketing skills are required. We want a digital ninja to develop, implement, track and optimize marketing campaigns across all channels for rbb and its clients.

You must have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Our new digital strategist will work across our PR and marketing teams, as well as with programmers, creative, SEO/SEM teams and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

      • Experience in digital media buying and planning across social media channels and display networks
      • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
      • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
      • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
      • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
      • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
      • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
      • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
