rbb Communications seeks a Creative Coordinator to support the strategic creative direction for rbb and client brands across corporate, B2B and consumer sectors.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ability to create high quality designs across print, web, social media, email marketing, presentations and branding/identity.
  • Ability to develop designs that adhere to established brand guidelines and creative direction. Create innovative designs and determine layouts, including photo selection, placement, theme, typography, color, and overall look and feel
  • Support client media campaigns with creation of shareable social media art, infographics, campaign branding and website design
  • Support and maintain creative assets for firm marketing and new business, including email, website, print collaterals and PowerPoint presentation decks
  • Supervise printing and/or production of projects; coordinate with printer and/or vendor while job is in production to check for accuracy in color and quality so pieces are well designed, professionally produced, and error-free

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, etc.) and Microsoft Office programs (with advanced PPT skills)
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, graphic design, fine arts or related field
  • Two years of full-time experience, preferable at an ad, creative or PR agency

rbb hires up-and-comers three times a year to be a part of our stellar team. The hands-on experience will help guide any student or entry level professional on the next steps of their career. Our requirements for these coveted positions are simple – a genuine interest in pursuing PR as a career, solid grammar skills, resourcefulness, professionalism, brilliance and, of course, you must play well with others. For the best learning experience, we also require a minimum of 20 hours per week, although we prefer full-timers.

New interns start every January, May and August. In-person interviews are required.
