We’re seeking a Senior Creative Manager to drive the strategic creative direction and evolution for rbb and client brands across corporate, B2B and consumer sectors. Position Responsibilities:

  • Guide and drive offerings and procedures for rbb creative services department

  • 2+ years of experience in managing / leading creatives
  • 5+ years of related experience within an agency, in-house creative dept. or design studio
  • Expertise in Adobe CC, including Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign
  • Mastery of PowerPoint
  • Print and web design capabilities for fully integrated campaigns
  • Experience in video editing & animation a plus

The marketing manager promotes rbb’s mission, vision and values with audiences who influence the agency’s growth. This position contributes to sales by managing lead generation and content creation.

Duties:

The marketing manager contributes to revenue growth by developing the marketing strategy for agency in concert with agency partners and integrated marketing team leader and rbb news team leader.

Chief duties include:

  • Collaborate with agency and functional team leaders to ensure that agency’s marketing materials meet or exceed standards for competing for new business and industry awards.
  • Develop (with input from partners) marketing plan and oversee performance against marketing budget.
  • Drive plan elements including award submissions, speakers bureau, media outreach, sponsorships.
  • Manage new business inquiries – triage incoming calls; coordinate RFP responses.
  • Develop CRM system.
  • Identifying opportunities to monetize agency services (e.g., creating bundled packages for sales campaigns).

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Excellent written communication, public speaking and data analysis skills.
  • Thorough command of marketing/media operations platforms and applications for customer relationship management (CRM), campaign management, contact data acquisition, Web/social media publishing and news/content dissemination (e.g., Salesforce, Act!, Data.com, The List, iContact, ConstantContact, WordPress, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Cision, Businesswire, PR Newswire, Brandpoint).
  • Facility with software for office productivity (e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe, Skype) and multimedia content production (e.g., livestreaming and on-demand video, audio and other rich media)
  • Experience in managing marketing/sales operations for agencies or client-side teams of entrepreneurial businesses.

rbb’s digital and social project manager will oversee the traffic, timelines and quality of client and internal initiatives. They must understand integrated marketing plans, keep their finger on the pulse of social media, educate and guide co-workers and clients on best practices and keep the team focused on driving timely results. This highly motivated communicator must have big passion for the digital space.

  • Develop, oversee and maintain team timelines, budgets, staffing assignments, firm integration and resource allocation for all digital/social deliverables
  • Oversee social media quality control, including digital and PR team staff training, implementation of best practices and established processes
  • Oversee digital quality control, including functionality, revision processes and alignment with client specifications, timelines and budgets
  • Manage vendor and sub-contractor relationships, including negotiations, timelines, budgets and invoices once creative and development direction have been defined
  • Support team’s new business process with process management, presentations, deck integration, timelines and budgets; must have solid understanding of digital and social programs to drive this effort
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Understand digital and social measurement

rbb hires up-and-comers three times a year to be a part of our stellar team. The hands-on experience will help guide any student or entry level professional on the next steps of their career. Our requirements for these coveted positions are simple – a genuine interest in pursuing PR as a career, solid grammar skills, resourcefulness, professionalism, brilliance and, of course, you must play well with others. For the best learning experience, we also require a minimum of 20 hours per week, although we prefer full-timers.

New interns start every January, May and August. In-person interviews are required.
